 For more than 19 years, Richard Smiley has provided personal fitness training to members of our Winston-Salem community. Established in 1992, Smiley-Fitness By Design delivers Richard's vision of attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals delivering high quality, individualized personal fitness training.
The comfortable environment of Smiley-Fitness By Design motivates and sustains individuals in pursuit of their fitness needs and goals. A safe, non-threatening, and clean environment, which supports and encourages the individuals, is a primary focus of Smiley-Fitness By Design.
With the support of a highly qualified and certified staff, Smiley-Fitness By Design offers personal training, group fitness, exercise and sport specific program design, nutritional consultation, fitness and body composition assessments for all fitness levels.
Located in the Buena Vista neighborhood, at 745 N. Avalon Road, next to Diamondback Grill, the Smiley-Fitness By Design 3200 square foot facility is Winston Salem’s premier personal training and fitness studio.
